FALLEN: An Undertale Tribute

I am very happy to have been a part of our latest Materia Collective album, “FALLEN: An Undertale Tribute” available now on Loudr, iTunes, Bandcamp and Spotify! I had the joy of not only arranging two tracks, but participating in seven other fabulous peices, totalling in my new record, nine tracks on a Materia collection:)

I hope you enjoy my two creations, “Inner Monologue of a Bird Waiting on the Edge“, my broadway-style interpretation of a sad fowl, and “Death by Glamour” which follows the final battle with Mettaton complete with lights, cameras, and bombs and Jesse Buddington doing a fabulous job as the lead character. Nathaniel Chambers continued to be a patient and funloving partner in mixing magic on both of my tracks.

I hope you doubly enjoy the seven other tracks I had a voice on: Singing as an evil spider on Ashley Lynn Watts arrangement of “Bake Sale or Bust” had me laughing continuously. Brian Diamond once again knocked it out of the park with two lovely vocal arrangements “Remember Me: Pacifist Ending” and I enjoyed learning to sing in Gaelic for “Mo Chara Faerr”. Ben Wallace Felipe Salinas and Fredrik Häthén wowed us again with the intense “Asgore!”, May Claire brings us down to choir heaven in “Waterfall”, and back to intensity with choir in Fredrik Häthén’s “True Determination”. And of course, as you’ve heard me state before, singing on Ben Wallace’s “Redacted” was an insane amount of fun, and vocal olympics for all involved:)

Kudos to Doug Perry and Sebastian Wolff for producing and to Ashley Lynn Watts for helping me write Mettaton AND running the advertising for FALLEN. This album is soooooo worth checking out if you love life, struggle, laughter, tears, rock, choir, basically anything:) Oh, and Happy Birthday, Undertale, and congrats to Toby Fox for having created such an inspiring game!
